Scott Landy - Owner & Principle Consultant

Scott spent 11 years as a consumer packaged goods marketer before founding The Growth Factory Consulting Company in 2003. His background includes experience at Procter & Gamble (paper division), Heinz (pet food division), and Kraft (Cheese, Meals, and Enhancers Divisions). Before founding The Growth Factory, Scott was Brand Director, new product development at Kraft Foods, where he developed a pipeline of ideas with an estimated $0.5B in sales potential.

Scott has created several proprietary methodologies including e‑Comp Testing™, RapidConcepting™, QuickCut™, RapidSorting™ and was instrumental in creating the Expedition Insightment™ process and methodologies. Scott has been a past judge for the Thunderbird MBA Innovation Challenge, and annually continues judging for this innovation event.

Scott has a BA/MBA from The University of Chicago and The University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. Prior to business school Scott spent time as a computer consultant. Originally from the Boston area, Scott now makes his home in a suburb of Chicago, where he and his wife are the proud parents of a three year old daughter.
